Shipping Policy
How It Works
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed in the order that they are received and according to the processing listed in the item details. Shipments occur Monday-Saturday depending on the shipment method selected at checkout. Please allow an extra week for processing if we are experiencing a high volume of orders (we will notify you of any delays by email).
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping over $100 when applicable will be applied automatically at checkout.
Processing time varies by product. Please see specific product details for more information.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Brown Sugar Doc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Brown Sugar Doc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Issues with products are reviewed on a case by case basis. See Refund Policy for more details.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping outside of the U.S. is calculated at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy
Interpretation
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Brown Sugar Doc.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
While we do offer replacements on products that are damaged during shipping or that are failing (for instance, an emulsion that has separated) we do not offer refunds or accept returns for variations in viscosity, scent, color-these will all vary from batch to batch. Natural ingredients are not identical and can cause variations in the final products, just as one orange is different from another.
You are entitled to request a replacement on refund of Your Order within 10 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to review refund/replacement requests on a case by case basis.
The deadline for requesting a replacement or refund on an Order is 10 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund of replacement, please make sure that:
The Goods were delivered in the last 10 days unless otherwise stated
Product is in its original packaging. If damaged, you must provide pictures of the damages incurred
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Digital Goods, Courses, Programs, Appointments, and Membership purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale or free items cannot be refunded/returned. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for additional costs and risk of returning the Goods to Us. A return slip may be included in Your order. If there is no return slip You will receive return instructions via email. You should send the Goods to the address provided in the return instructions email.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a digital gift certificate will be e-mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
